The location and view are the obvious attractions: the Trevi Fountain was always there, but the noise was completely shut off by the excellent windows.
Accommodations are simple and basic, with all the basic necessities and some nice touches such as beer and water in the refrigerator, plenty of tea bags, coffee pods, and even a bottle of prosecco as a welcome gift.

Easy to communicate with the landlady and the apartment was in great condition. Not many Airbnb's will be able to beat the view!

I don't even know how to describe how beautiful this place is and how lucky I was to secure it for my last visit to Rome! The apartment was lovely, clean and very true to the photos, but the view....WOW. It can't be beat. There is nothing in the world like having access to that view for the entire trip. The apartment was easy to get to, the hosts were super nice, and the view was beautiful. It was a great deal as far as I am concerned and I would love to stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Raffaella's home! She was extremely responsive and organized. Check-in/out was very easy. We really appreciated the balcony in each room. The apartment is close to the metro and Termini station. Many attractions are within walking distance (e.g. Colosseum, Trevi Fountain) or by bus (Vatican). I would stay again! Thank you!

A wonderful, welcoming place that comforted us as we dealt with my brother's illness in the nearby hospital. Raffaella went out of her way to accommodate us and was understanding of our situation. It was by far our favorite place and we hope to return someday under better circumstances. Thank you
