The Space
Located in Rome's very central San Giovanni district, just a few steps from the famous Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano and a few minutes' walk from the Colosseum, Circus Maximus and the Baths of Caracalla, the apartment is on the fourth floor, with elevator, of an elegant late 20th-century building and consists of 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 quadruple) both with panoramic balconies, 2 bathrooms with shower and window, a dining room with kitchenette. It is equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms, central heating, washing machine, dishwasher and free WiFi and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults (with the possibility of adding an extra bed for children). Special attention is paid to families with children: in order to make their stay easier and more joyful, the apartment is equipped with some specific facilities such as travel crib, stroller, high chair, and changing table.

By car: From all highways take the G.R.A. (Grande Raccordo Anulare) and exit at number 23 "San Giovanni" in the direction of central Rome, you are in Via Appia Nuova, go straight for about 3 km, in Piazza Re di Roma take the fifth exit (Via Cerveteri), in Piazza Tarquinia turn right on Via Gabi, the second street on the right is Via Faleria, we are at number 17.
By train: transfer service to and from Termini Station is on request
From Termini station take subway line A towards Anagnina, get off at San Giovanni stop, walk down Via Appia, the second street on the right is Via Faleria, we are at number 17.
By plane: transfer service to and from airports is on request
From Fiumicino airport, take the Leonardo Express train (leaves every 30 minutes between 6 am and 11 pm) to Termini station; from there, take the subway line A towards Anagnina, get off at San Giovanni stop, walk down Via Appia, the second street on the right is Via Faleria, we are number 17.
From Ciampino airport, take the bus to Anagnina stop of metro line A, get off at San Giovanni stop, walk along Via Appia, the second street on the right is Via Faleria, we are number 17.
